House Check  (Daily, Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly)

• Visual inspection of home with a picture of the outside to verify the condition
• Inspect under sinks
• Check of all utilities
• Water plants
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked and secure        
• Collect mail, packages, fliers and newspapers
• Take out trash if needed
• Flush all toilets
• Send owner a detailed report of inspection                                   

Pre-Vacation

• Light house keeping
• Stock the refrigerator and pantry
• Check appliances
• Turn on lights 
• Turn on hot water heater
• Turn on heat or air upon request
• Prepare linens and make all beds
• Put out patio furniture

Post Vacation

• Thorough house clean
• Laundering all linens and towels
• Hot water heater turned down
• Thermostat adjustment
• Put patio furniture away
• Clean out refrigerator
• Unplug electronic
• Turn off all appliances
• Secure all windows and doors
